These Terms apply to all customers purchasing products through our online store.

3. Products and Orders
  • 3.1 Cooka’s Cookies sells handmade pet treats and accessories through this online store.
  • 3.2 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
  • 3.3 By placing an order, you confirm that:
  • The information provided is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • 3.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or technical issues.

4. Prices and Payment
  • 4.1 All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
  • 4.2 Payment is processed securely through Shopify-supported payment providers.
  • 4.3 Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.

5. Delivery
  • 5.1 Shipping areas, delivery times, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy.
  • 5.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
  • 6.1 If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • 6.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
  • 6.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear written statement which has to be sent to: cooka@cookascookies.com
  • 6.4 You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you communicate your withdrawal.
  • 6.5 You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
  • 6.6 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
As most of our products are handmade edible items, the right of withdrawal does not apply to treats, cakes, jars, or other food products once delivered.

7. Returns
  • 7.1 Full details regarding returns are available in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • 7.2 Non-edible items such as toys and accessories may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, branding, recipes, and designs, is the intellectual property of Cooka’s Cookies and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
  • 9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cooka’s Cookies shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its products.
  • 9.2 Our total liability in relation to any product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
