Returns & Refunds Policy

At Cooka’s Cookies, we craft each product with care and intention. As most of our items are freshly prepared food products, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Food Products

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on edible products, including:

• Treats and biscuits
• Cakes and seasonal items
• Meals, toppers, jars and packaged food

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cooka@cookascookies.com
 with your order number and clear photographs. We will resolve the matter promptly.

Toys & Non-Edible Items

Non-edible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
