Returns & Refunds Policy

At Cooka’s Cookies, each product is crafted with care, intention, and fresh ingredients. As we deal with perishable
 food items, we kindly ask you to review our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Food Products & Perishables
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations (and in accordance with EU consumer law exceptions for perishable goods), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any edible products once the packaging has been opened or the seal broken. This includes:
• Treats, biscuits, and seasonal baked goods.
• Meals, toppers, jars, and packaged food.
Important: Before opening your treats, please verify that the product matches your order (type, size, etc.). If you notice any discrepancy, do not break the seal and contact us immediately.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at cooka@cookascookies.com.
• Requirements: Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged items, the shipping box, and the carrier label.
• Resolution: We will review your request and provide a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.

3. Toys & Non-Edible Items (Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with EU distance selling regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return non-edible items, provided they are:
• Unused and in their original, pristine condition.
• Returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5-10 business days).
