At Cooka’s Cookies, each product is crafted with care, intention, and fresh ingredients. As we deal with perishable
food items, we kindly ask you to review our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Food Products & Perishables
Due to their nature, our edible products, including treats, biscuits, cakes, pupcakes, meals, toppers, jars and other food items, are exempt from the statutory Right of Withdrawal pursuant to applicable EU consumer legislation governing perishable goods and goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
In addition, products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised are also exempt from the Right of Withdrawal.
For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of edible products once delivered, except in the event of damage, defect, or supply error.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at cooka@cookascookies.com.
• Requirements: Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged items, the shipping box, and the carrier label.
• Resolution: We will review your request and provide a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
3. Toys & Non-Edible Items (Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with EU distance selling regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return non-edible items, provided they are:
• Unused and in their original, pristine condition.
• Returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5-10 business days).
