In every Cookas recipe

Our fresh food is carefully shipped in a specially insulated cool box and usually arrives within 24 hours. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 48 hours. This does not affect food quality, as all meals are vacuum-sealed and kept in a controlled, cool environment throughout their journey.

We ship with MRW to ensure reliable and fast delivery. You are also welcome to collect your order directly from our kitchen at no additional cost. We love meeting our clients, so do come by and just say hello.

Important note
Deliveries do not take place on Mondays. To protect freshness, we carefully schedule shipments so that parcels are not held over the weekend.

Closed packages
Freezer (−18 °C): Keep the packages frozen until the indicated expiration date to preserve freshness and quality.
Refrigerator (1–4 °C): Unopened packages may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.

Opened packages
Once opened, store the food in the refrigerator and use within 4 days. We do not recommend refreezing the product once it has been defrosted.

Defrosting
For best results, defrost gently by transferring the package from the freezer to the refrigerator. This allows the food to thaw safely and evenly, preserving its natural goodness.
